Welcome to Avani DTF. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Orders & Confirmation

All orders are processed based on the details shared by the customer, including design, size, quantity, and specifications. Once the order is confirmed and approved, it will be taken into production and cannot be modified or cancelled.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are provided as per the agreed quotation. GST, shipping, and any additional charges will be applied as applicable. Full or partial advance payment may be required before starting the order. Production begins only after payment confirmation.

Design Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all design files, logos, text, and specifications are correct before approval. Avani DTF is not liable for errors in approved designs, including spelling mistakes, alignment, or color choices.

Production & Delivery Timelines

We aim to complete and dispatch orders within the committed timeline. However, timelines may vary depending on order size, complexity, or unforeseen circumstances. Any delays will be communicated in advance.

Quality & Variations

We maintain strict quality standards. However, slight variations in color, size, or placement may occur due to the nature of printing and materials. These minor variations will not be considered defects.

Returns & Refunds

All printed products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Only defective or damaged items will be eligible for reprint as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping & Risk

Once the order is dispatched, the responsibility of delivery lies with the shipping partner. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit, but we will assist in resolving such issues where possible.

Intellectual Property

Customers must ensure they have the right to use any logos, images, or content provided for printing. Avani DTF is not responsible for any copyright or trademark issues arising from customer-supplied designs.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content.

Changes to Terms

Avani DTF may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
